now after a series of opening, you'll see the main menu here. If you then see a dialog box sayin as my question stated, just ignore it and hit ok. I've been trying to figure it out through Google, but with no success.Īs someone said above, I kind of "have absolutely no clue how computers work". Originally posted by laristocco:If it's not a bother, is there any chance you could explain how you did that? I'm new to Steam (I downloaded it just so I could play LiS) and I'm super duper lost. So if the game still looks good to you at 66% here is no problem playing like that. That MAY look slightly better but costs a LOT of GPU power. If you go above 100% the game renders the graphics at higher resolutions like 1440p or even 4k and then downsamples them back to your desktop resolution. The downside is that the graphics can look more blurry and not as sharp.

If you set it to 66% then then your resolution is still set to 1080p but the game renders everything just at 720p which of course takes far less ressources. So if you play at 1080p (Full HD) the game renders everything at 1080p. So, at 100% the game renders the graphic at the exact resolution you have set the game to. "Render Resolution" is the % at which the game renders its graphic resolution. This makes me wonder just what does this "Render Resolution" do and how does it effect in game? Do we notice the difference easily?

I turned down the Render Resolution to 66% and others to "very high" and it worked magically!! I can run the game at 60 fps now! The difference in system requirements could be explained away using the VRAM requirements of both graphics cards, though that doesn't negate the fact that both cards from the Nvidia and AMD sides offer almost identical levels of compute performance. AMD's HD 7870 also offers exceptionally similar performance to AMD's R9 270X. This is odd as both selected graphics cards for the game's minimum and recommended system requirements are extremely similar, with the GTX760 and GTX 670 operating on the same GK104 silicon. Strangely, the game's minimum requirements list a resolution of 720p while the game's recommended requirements list a resolution of 1080p. Konami's CPU recommendations are raised to higher clocked models than the game's 2018 outing, while the game's minimum GPU requirements have risen from a GTX 650 from PES 2018 to a GTX 670 for PES 2019. The PC version of the game will be available exclusively on Steam.īelow are the game's PC system requirements, which see a significant uplift in both GPU and to a lesser extent CPU requirements.
